"Betrayal with a capital B "
Have you ever felt you have been betrayed?
We have all been betrayed one way or the other at sometime in our lives. By friends, family members, co-workers and others.
Why would a person continue to "stay" in this type of relationship?
There are many, many reasons in each case — like friendship, moral support, comfort, financial gain or assistance — that's what I call the "carrot."
I have another friend who has a fantastic business. She decided to help someone out by assisting them. In all that assistance, they became both very successful and very hateful towards the one who helped her out in the first place! Air of arrogance was prevalent. Why?
I know you've met people like this.
Yesterday, I saw a Shaman and asked her why this happens? According to her, this is not about a past life, but instead it's the ability of someone to be able to "take your soul" and do with it whatever he/she will.
You see, these people (the soul takers) can spot someone who is loving, giving of themselves, and a good listener. They can use these abilities that they don't have, from the person whom they are "preying on" to the point that, eventually, the person gives away his/her personal power.
Do you live in fear that this will happen again? Will you never trust anyone again?
Trust is the key word in this situation.
Take back your power and trust YOURSELF.
Take back your SOUL.
Becoming bitter only gives the other person more power over you. Talking to everyone about what happened keeps you in the state of victimhood! Now I'm not saying to not talk about it, but don't obsess. Find a counselor or a healer and move away from the constant state of anger. It will only make you sick.
Write down four steps you are willing to take to rid yourself of the Soul Takers.
Here's a list of what my own personal steps would be:
1) See a Counselor or Shaman
2) Figure out why I let someone take over my life and take my soul away just for the "carrot" of their friendship.
3) Drink lots of water (to flush out the toxins), see a Shaman, and pay attention to my dreams.
4) Get back in touch with who I am. Stand straight and trust myself — knowing that I will never allow anyone to take my Soul again!
LAST THOUGHT:
IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO...
learn something new about yourself and to change your reaction.
