From
the desk of Karin Janin:
Hello my friends,
I spent most of December re-evaluating my life - where it is going from here. I wanted to start the New Year with something different. I'm always stretching myself to try something new — for isn't that what life is all about?
So I decided to make this newsletter simpler. Fewer "commercials" and more thought-provoking intentions.
And as usual, the Universe thinks it's a good time to see if I mean what I'm saying or thinking.
While driving today I saw a truck put the name of his business on the back so everyone could see it when they were following the truck. Clever!
What I saw were these profound words:
"A Better Choice."
I looked at it while driving (Don't worry, I had both hands on the steering wheel.) and began to laugh. Yes, I am getting THE message!
So what does "A Better Choice" mean to you? We all know that we have opportunities to make choices.
- We can choose to stay in or get out of a bad relationship.
- We can choose to have a better job.
- We can choose our friends.
Make a list of choices you now have in your life. Then on the right side of the page write what would be A Better Choice. The Immediate Choices are what you think you have to make. The Better Choices consist of a reality check. Ask yourself the following questions:
How do some of your choices affect your Body, Mind and Soul?
How do some of your choices Serve You?
Take your time and think about this.

That truck was in front of me for a reason - there are no accidents. So I too am working on the same list. Be honest with yourself. If you don't want to share this with a friend, you don't have to. But if you do, try to find someone who supports you and isn't going to put you down for all your ideas.
REMEMBER
YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON!
It's time to let that person out! Let that be your New Year's Resolution!
your experiences . Put A Better Choice in the subject line.
