Have you wanted to find out about something or someone and were "shy" about asking for the information? I have - hard to believe. Sometimes I still feel intimidated and just cringe at the thought that I have to ask about something. Somehow, I feel that I should already know the answer.
I don't want to feel foolish or look stupid or feel rejection.
Are you one of those people who hates to ask for help - be it about a relationship, money, support or anything else? Does this sound familiar? |

can record your thoughts or answers.

BE FULLY PRESENT for this exercise. You can close your eyes or leave them open. Please turn off your cell phone and unplug your regular phone, turn on some soothing music and enjoy this exercise. No one is judging you. Be honest with yourself.
BEFORE doing this exercise, think about what it is you are going to ask for. Keep it simple and believable. Remember the old saying "Watch out ... you may just get what you asked for." So be discerning. Now go ahead and write it down.
Did you bottom line it? Some people ask for money when in reality they want to be happy or secure. Did you go to the REAL thing you want?
Now breathe in and out gently, relaxing and let the answer to what you are asking for flow into your consciousness easily and effortlessly.
How does the answer feel? Can you visualize what you want? Imagination plus strong emotions will bring you what you desire.
Try not to let the negative inner chatter negate what you are feeling now.
Shift your attention away from the negative to the positive and FEEL YOUR EMOTIONS.
The Bible says "Ask and ye shall receive it."
The key is to be OPEN to receiving what YOU want once you have asked for it.

IMAGINE THAT... what you have asked for is coming true. Just imagine... Feel the emotion behind the image.

When you are ready, open your eyes and write down your experience. Keep an open, positive mind and believe in your personal power.
You may do this exercise several times a day. It is short - just right for your busy schedule. Just keep Imagining That...... you fill in the blank.
Be creative - have fun!
Remember all you need is an adjustment in attitude, a new perspective or perhaps a change that needs to be made.
