CLARITY
This
is a tough one. Just when I thought I "knew it all"
about CLARITY I discovered, that in reality, I didn't.
Read
what Dee Saunders had to say about CLARITY: "Confusion,
along with doubt, is the shadow side of clarity."
The
opposite of Confusion is: Understanding
and Confidence.
The
opposite of Doubt is: Certainty

My
good friend Chelle, founder of Inspiration, wrote this:
"In
creating the allowance for everything to unfold in Divine
Order, I notice the polar relationship between CLARITY and
EXPECTATIONS.
When
I have Clarity, expectation does not enter my consciousness.
When
I am NOT yet clear, it then becomes imperative for me to
stay centered in KNOWINGNESS... in order to avoid moving
into EXPECTATION and PROJECTION."
Words
of Wisdom from my friends. I thank them for that because
suddenly things became clearer to me.
Now
it's your turn.....

is an intention exercise on CLARITY.
Send me an email and
let me know how your experience was with this exercise and
what you learned.

Intention
Exercise: CLARITY
This
is an exercise to get back in touch with the energy of CLARITY.
Please have a pad and pen close by so you
can record your thoughts or answers.
| It
is time to set the stage by putting on some soft music.
Take the phone off the hook, turn off your cell phone and
BE FULLY PRESENT for this exercise.
On
a piece of paper, draw a circle. You may color it if you
want. Inside the circle write the word CLARITY. Once you
are through, place a hand over the circle for about a
minute and just be with it.
What
comes up for you?
Let's
explore the opposites:
What
part of CLARITY are you feeling...CONFUSED?
What
part of CLARITY do you still have...DOUBT?
What
part of CLARITY are you experiencing...EXPECTATIONS
that may be creating blocks for you?
Be
honest with yourself. This is a very, very important exercise.
When
you are ready...let's look at the opposites
What
part of CLARITY do you have...UNDERSTANDING?
What
part of CLARITY do you have...CONFIDENCE?
What
part of CLARITY are you filled with...CERTAINTY?
When
you are finished answering the questions, go back to your
circle.
Under
the CLARITY CIRCLE draw another circle.
Color
it if you want.
THEN
WRITE THE ONE WORD THAT BEST DESCRIBES YOUR HEART'S DESIRE.
Put
your hands over both circles and close your eyes.....
Think:
intention around Understanding
Think: intention around Confidence
Think: intention around Certainty
Finally think:
I ACHIEVE • I CAN __________________ NOW!
Write
down what you are experiencing NOW!
