When you are ready to sit down and
journal your thoughts, then come back to this page. When
you are ready let's set the stage by putting on some soft
music, take the phone off the hook, turn OFF your cell
phone and BE FULLY PRESENT for this exercise.
Sit. Be still. Breathe in and out slowly as you begin to relax from the top of your head to the bottom of your toes. Breathe in the breath of life - breathe out with purpose. Just relax, relax more and more...
Imagine that you are given a very special gift today?
What would it be?
Emotionally, how does this gift feel to you?
Are you smiling, laughing, crying, or simply saying "ahhhhhhh."
Write down your gift and thank the Universe, God or whomever you wish to thank.
Can you truly accept your gift for today?
Don't question the gift, don't question the person, place or thing that gave you the gift.
Be fully present with your gift - smile, laugh, cry, feel the emotions behind even the smallest gift!
Guess what? As you accept the smallest gift with true appreciation, you will then start to receive even more gifts.
Your days will be filled with wonder and acceptance.
So what did you receive this morning, this afternoon, and this evening?
Be sure to write your gifts down for they WILL multiply!
Visualize the Pot of Gold - Gold representing your Golden Life!
Feel it - be with it - write your thoughts down.
Laugh and say or think "my prayers are answered."
You may not immediately know what the meaning is behind your gift.
Sometimes we don't need to know - we simply need to open to the world of receiving.
Are you ready to Accept Gifts in your life NOW?

P.S. The following is a note from Chelle, of InspirationLine.com and my editor. I know she won't mind sharing it with you.
"I HAD THIS TO LEARN TOO ... PART OF POEM I WROTE LONG AGO:
Days of insight brought me keys for opening up my heart;
Unlocking portals in the walls that kept me set apart.
Distance is still distance when I give but don't receive,
Separation's not the answer, it's VULNERABILITY."
Thank you Chelle - what a lovely gift!
