music, take the phone off the hook, turn OFF your cell
phone and BE FULLY PRESENT for this exercise.

Imagine that you are making a plan to wave at as many people as you can today.
Can you make a mental list of the possible people you would encounter and bring a little joy into their lives?
Emotionally, how does this gift feel to you?
When was the last time you brought a smile to someone else's face simply by waving?
Start a Wave Journal and write down your daily wave exercise.
Write down your feelings... was it fun? a drag? Did you notice something you have never noticed?
Make it a game - see if you can outdo yourself each day!
Make a list and let it grow.
