Remember: "I intend" is your heart's desire or something you are going to do NOW; "that I am" is telling your subconscious mind that you mean business.
Always use the word NOW somewhere in your intention. Act as if it is happening NOW.

BLUEPRINT OF LIFE

What does that mean?

There have been many times when I've heard that my destiny is set in stone and that I can't do anything about it. I have some free will but, "hey, things just happen because they are suppose to happen." This statement has always bothered me. What is free will any way? Why have it if you can't change the future?

I've decided I'm going to change the "system" and do it my way! It's just like me to do - stubborn to a fault - sometimes.

I've been reading a wonderful book called "The Intention Experiment" by Lynne Taggart which has brought new insight into my way of thinking but on a more scientific level. I tend to like the scientific view of things before totally accepting certain ideas.

I was on the chapter about Mental Blueprints and found this quote: "Just the thought is enough to produce the neural instructions to carry out the physical act." She's talking about athletes, but think about this - a thought could change the blueprint in your life because your the neural instructions will carry it out.

In the DVD "the Secret" they are constantly saying "Thought and Things." And those things make up the blueprint of your life on a daily basis.

If you're truly wanting to change your life, change your blueprint. You'll find a written exercise below to do accompanied by a short meditation. Take your time and enjoy the process.

Close your eyes and imagine what it is that you want to have happen this moment, this hour, this day, this month, this year.

Breathe in from your diaphragm, breathe out from your mouth and say "ahhhhhhhhhhhhh" Do that several times as you're going into a relaxed state.

If you had a chance to rewrite your present blueprint for your life, how would you do it?

Would you change the physical part?

Would you change or enhance your goals, hopes and dreams?

How would you see yourself?

How often would you update your new blueprint?

What is most important to you?
