exercise, go ahead. When you are ready to sit down and
journal your thoughts, then come back to this page. When
you are ready let's set the stage by putting on some soft
music. Take the phone off the hook, turn OFF your cell
phone and BE FULLY PRESENT for this exercise.
Imagine that in front of you is
a fence.
This
is the fence you are on - the one that will be the decision
maker.
Imagine
it tall or short, long and winding or straight and narrow.
Paint it with color.
Is
it wooden or metal or wiry?
How
high did you climb to get on YOUR fence?
Why
are you on the Fence?
Why
are you having a difficult time making a decision?
What
is the "bottom-line" issue?
You
know you can't stay there forever.... so what is holding
you up there?
Are
you ready to be take the plunge? Is the ground (symbolically)
solid enough to hold you?
Remember
you have choices and only YOU are responsible for the
decision to jump. Staying in limbo can affect your health
and mental well-being.
