exercise, go ahead. When you are ready to sit down and
journal your thoughts, then come back to this page. When
you are ready let's set the stage by putting on some soft
music, take the phone off the hook, turn OFF your cell
phone and BE FULLY PRESENT for this exercise.
Sit. Be still. Breathe in and out slowly as you begin to relax from the top of your head to the bottom of your toes. Just relax, relax more and more...
When did you first notice that you are not saying yes to something that you always intended to say yes to?
Was it a song? A picture? A thought? Something someone said?
Write down whatever is coming up..... it's between you and you....
Do you feel that there is something you are not seeing?
What do you think it is?
Are you avoiding something?
If it doesn't feel right or good, what are you going to do about it?
How can you turn this around to say YES to life, to your dreams, to whatever it is you want?
When will you start to Say YES to......... ?
For a brief minute close your eyes and feel the emotion of saying YES to your life, your hopes and dreams. If a negative thought creeps in, simply let it go and go back into the feeling of saying yes.....
Feel this from the inside out. Let it well up inside you until it wants to burst out and yell to world....
I AM SAYING YES TO_______________________ NOW!
Say it louder and louder and louder... Don't worry about who is or who is not listening...just enjoy the rush of feeling ALIVE and saying YES to ______________!
