Remember: "I intend" is your heart's desire or something you are going to do NOW; "that I am" is telling your subconscious mind that you mean business.
Always use the word NOW somewhere in your intention. Act as if it is happening NOW.

IT'S TIME!

Change will happen whether you invite it or not!

Know that everyday is a NEW DAY. And New Days provide you with opportunities to try something new and different. Perhaps a new and different way to drive to work, or read a different type of book, or try a new type of food, or smile all day long.

I've already done something different. I decided to use the new cover for the daily intention cards that I've developed. With a new cover, comes a new set of intention cards. I'll let you know when that happens.

But in the meantime, what about you? What are you willing to do NEW & DIFFERENT? So many of us have tried the same ole stuff over and over for various reasons. Perhaps there was not enough time to explore something different, perhaps there is some fear in "going out on the limb," perhaps you simply don't have a plan.

I'm here to say - there are NO excuses for NOT trying something NEW & DIFFERENT. How you will ever know, if you don't explore?

I personally welcome change and an opportunity to look at something differently. It opens up the possibility of seeing things differently, to explore, to make choices, to laugh, to cry, to just be me.

So, step out of your comfort zone and step into a NEW ZONE that's NEW AND DIFFERENT!


Intention Exercise: New & Different


Please have a pad and pen close by so you can record your thoughts.

Close your eyes and imagine what it is that you want to have happen this moment, this hour, this day, this month, this year.

Breathe in from your diaphragm, breathe out from your mouth and say "ahhhhhhhhhhhhh" Do that several times as you're going into a relaxed state.

Close your eyes and think spontaneously what NEW thing you would like to do?

Can you imagine yourself doing ________________________________________?

Imagine that you are something new and different now? What does it look like?

Feel that something new and different. What do you feel?

"See" yourself in motion as you are doing that something new. What do you see?

"Hear" yourself saying to someone "I'm doing something new and different!" Imagine that they are asking you all sorts of questions and you are answering with enthusiasm.

Be fully present and into your SOMETHING NEW & DIFFERENT.

When you are ready, bring your attention back to the room and write down your impressions.

It's that easy!
