August Mid-Month Intention-to-Share

Have you ever had one of those weeks where nothing was going right? Whatever you did, it just wasn't working.

I've written a book - Magic of Intention - which included a discussion on obstacles. I had to reread what I had written because I was faced with more obstacles than I thought I could handle in one week.

It seemed as if nothing I said was right, nothing I did was right and everything that could go wrong did!

The only solution for me was to step out of "my stuff" and become the observer. Once I did that I started to see things differently. Which presented a new problem. Sometimes being an observer can also mean detaching from what was going on and anyone who was involved in the "stuff."

That's what I did - I began to observe my actions and what part of the "mess" had I played in it. I also began observing the behavior of others who were also involved in the "mess" I had participated in.

It's really fun to be an observer. Less emotional and a bit heart breaking at times.

But it worked and a new week started much better as a result.

So now, I can say that everything IS going my way because I am taking control of my life and not the lives of others. I must ultimately be responsible to me before jumping into other messes!

Once I started doing that, life was much easier and the new week started with a refreshed outlook on life!

And, what about you? How are you handling "personal crisis" in your life? Are you blaming others or are you willing to look at yourself and see what hand you played in "your mess?"

What transpired last week has been a big reminder of how much I stepped out of my boundaries and my personal goals.

So, in a way, it's nice to have a "little" shake up just to keep you in check!

Use these steps and write them down in your journal every time you perceive that you are in "another mess which generally involves others."

Step one: Become an observer

Step two: Own up to your part in whatever is going on - be honest. This is the hardest part, of course. You see, we attract "messes" from time to time to keep us on track.

Step three: Who are you blaming and why?

Step four: Stop blaming everyone and everything

Step five: Free yourself of the bondage of blame and open up to the possibilities that everything IS going your way!

If you have to pretend, go ahead. Eventually you will believe in this process and will see that it's beginning to work.

That's it!

Simple but Difficult.

It's as difficult as you make it or as simple as you make it. It's your call.
